The staff, including Nicole, Mohammed, and George, were extremely helpful, ensuring we had a smooth experience. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge convenience for us, and being close to the mall allowed for easy shopping.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to a mall, making it easy to shop and explore nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-chosen decor. The lighting in the rooms could be improved, especially for working or applying makeup.

The staff at the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home during my stay. I especially want to mention Mr. Sabra at the reception desk and the concierge staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service was exceptional and truly made my stay remarkable. The hotel also offers Careem and Uber services at reasonable prices, which made getting around the city convenient. The location on the hills provided a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Beirut.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities in our room to the spa and wellness centre, we were fully relaxed during our stay. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere while we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the restaurant and bar were top-notch, providing delicious meals and drinks that exceeded our expectations.
The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was with the steam room. It didn't seem to be working as efficiently as it should have been, which was a bit of a disappointment.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs during my stay. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, and the Full body massage was absolutely exquisite. The Heater swimming pool and Sauna were both clean and spacious. Despite my reservations, the Night club was not loud enough to create any disturbance.
The only negative I found was that the Service could have been slightly more attentive. At times, I had to wait longer than usual for room service.
