We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and we felt secure with the measures taken during these challenging times. The staff, including Nicole, Mohammed, and George, were helpful. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge convenience for us, and being close to the mall allowed for easy shopping.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to a mall, making it easy to shop and explore nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-chosen decor. The buffet breakfast is delicious and varied, offering a wide selection of options. the staff is professional and friendly, providing attentive service throughout the stay.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, especially for working or applying makeup.

The staff at the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand were friendly and cute. They made me feel right at home. I especially want to mention Mr Sabra at the reception desk and the concierge staff were pretty good to assist me. The customer service was really good and made my stay amazing. The hotel also offers Careem and Uber services at reasonable prices, made getting around the city convenient. The location on the hills provided a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Beirut.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities in our room to the spa and wellness centre, we were fully relaxed during our stay. the service at the hotel was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere while we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, and the Full body massage was absolutely exquisite. the Heater swimming pool and Sauna were both clean and spacious. Despite my reservations, the Night club was not loud enough to create any disturbance.
The only negative I found was that the Service could have been slightly more attentive. At times, I had to wait longer than usual for room service.
